| The missing Sm D 1 and D 2 subunits are replaced by U 7 specific Sm like proteins Lsm 10 and Lsm 11 , at least the latter of which is important for histone RNA processing . ^^^ Immunoprecipitation studies in Drosophila S 2 cells indicate that the Drosophila Lsm 10 and Lsm 11 orthologs ( dLsm 10 and dLsm 11 ) associate with each other and with Sm B , but not with Sm D 1 and D 2 . ^^^ |
