| Using this approach , we demonstrate that five molecules , Grb 2 , Grb 7 , Grb 14 , Shp 2 , and the p 85 subunit of phosphatidylinositol 3 kinase can interact with Tek in a phosphotyrosine dependent manner through their SH 2 domains . ^^^ Mutation of this site abrogates binding of Grb 2 and Grb 7 to Tek in vivo , and this site is required for tyrosine phosphorylation of Grb 7 and p 85 in vivo . ^^^ |
