| In this study , 1 tested the interaction of rabphilin , Rim 1 , Rim 2 , and Noc 2 with 42 different Rab proteins by cotransfection assay and found differences in rabphilin , Rim 1 , Rim 2 , and Noc 2 binding to several Rab proteins that belong to the Rab functional group 3 ( Rab3A / B / C / D , Rab 26 , Rab27A / B , and Rab 37 ) and / or 8 ( Rab8A and Rab 10 ) . ^^^ Rim 1 interacts with Rab3A / B / C / D , Rab 10 , Rab 26 , and Rab 37 ; Rim 2 interacts with Rab3A / B / C / D and Rab8A ; and rabphilin and Noc 2 interact with Rab3A / B / C / D , Rab8A , and Rab27A / B . ^^^ |
