| Acetylation mediated transcriptional activation of the ETS protein ER 81 by p 300 , P / CAF , and HER2 / Neu . ^^^ Here , we demonstrate that ER 81 is acetylated by two coactivators / acetyltransferases , p 300 and p 300 and CBP associated factor ( P / CAF ) in vitro and in vivo . ^^^ Whereas p 300 acetylates two lysine residues ( K 33 and K 116 ) within the ER 81 N terminal transactivation domain , P / CAF targets only K 116 . ^^^ |
