| A screen for proteins that interact with PAX 6 : C terminal mutations disrupt interaction with HOMER 3 , DNCL 1 and TRIM 11 . ^^^ Three novel PAX 6 interacting proteins were identified : the post synaptic density ( PSD ) protein HOMER 3 , the dynein subunit DNCL 1 , and the tripartite motif protein TRIM 11 . ^^^ CONCLUSION : Our preliminary data suggest that PAX 6 interacts with HOMER 3 , DNCL 1 and TRIM 11 . ^^^ |
