| The TRAF 6 ubiquitin ligase and TAK 1 kinase mediate IKK activation by BCL 10 and MALT 1 in T lymphocytes . ^^^ Here we present evidence that TRAF 6 ubiquitin ligase and TAK 1 protein kinase mediate IKK activation by BCL 10 and MALT 1 . ^^^ Furthermore , we have reconstituted the pathway from BCL 10 to IKK activation in vitro with purified proteins of MALT 1 , TRAF 6 , TAK 1 , and ubiquitination enzymes including Ubc13 / Uev1A . ^^^ |
